To ensure that the sessions run smoothly please take a note of the following information:

Please bring your presentation to your session, which needs to be saved in pdf format on a memory stick. Each presenter is allocated 30 minutes for their presentation, including five minutes for discussion. The session schedules are tight, and it would be useful if you can arrive five minutes before the session start time to upload your presentation from the memory stick.

The last person scheduled for the parallel session will chair the presentations in that session, including their own. Session chairs should to ensure that all speakers receive their allotted time and that the audience has an opportunity for questions and comments. If you are the chair of a session and would like someone to chair your presentation then please ask the first presenter.

Refunds

Registration payments will not be refunded in case of cancellations.

Cancelling your accommodation

Any cancellation fees will be subject to the hotel cancellation policy.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance. It is suggested that the insurance policy should also cover loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses. The insurance should cover loss arising from the cancellation of the conference by the organisers or a person’s inability to attend due to any reason whatsoever. No responsibility is taken by the conference managers for any person not holding insurance.

Visa

When you are planning your visit to South Korea, please consider whether you need to apply for a visa and requirements for the visa application, your obligations while in South Korea and information about complying with the conditions of your visa.
